What's Poppin? I'm Audrey.

I believe in thriving while staying mindful of budget using simple ingredients to make food to impress. My passion is finding ways to use ALL of an ingredient (whether it be a whole apple or a whole chicken) with minimal waste and impressive taste. I obviously love cooking from scratch but one of my newfound loves lies in preserving my food. Making shelf-stable options or individual freezer servings to just defrost and serve. This allows me to make a rotating menu that never gets boring even when cooking for one. I hope you will join me along for the journey.
